About Cornerstone Remodeling & Restoration
Our story
Built on family. Built on experience. Built for Las Vegas.
Our philosophy
We believe exceptional craftsmanship begins with gratitude, for our clients who place their trust in us, for our team and trade partners who make it possible, and for the community that continues to support our family. That gratitude drives us to communicate honestly, work with integrity, and deliver quality we can stand behind, on every project, every time. We treat every customer like a neighbor because every project deserves our best.
Gratitude is the heart of great craftsmanship.
Ryan Setterstrom, founder
Cornerstone Remodeling & Restoration LLC is the result of generations of hard work, construction experience, and a lifelong commitment to serving the Las Vegas Valley.
Our founder, Ryan Setterstrom, comes from a family whose Southern Nevada roots date back to the 1960s. As Las Vegas grew, his family helped build it, working throughout the construction industry during many of the city’s most significant years of growth.
Growing up around construction wasn’t just an influence. It was a way of life. From an early age, Ryan learned the value of craftsmanship, accountability, and taking pride in work that stands the test of time.
Over the years, Ryan built a career in both restoration and construction, responding to water damage, mold remediation, insurance losses, and emergency disasters before expanding into residential remodeling and property improvements.
With a growing family and a vision for something greater, he founded Cornerstone Remodeling & Restoration LLC on four simple principles: Integrity. Quality craftsmanship. Exceptional customer service. Relationships built on trust.
Today, those values continue to guide every project we complete and every customer we serve.
