Blue air movers lined up along a wall cut open above the floor

Stop it, dry it, then fix it.

Water spreads into drywall, cabinets and flooring quickly. EPA guidance says to dry water-damaged areas within 24 to 48 hours to prevent mold growth, so the first call matters. Ryan is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation. IICRC standards. Fast response. Quality results.

How it works, step by step

What happens after you call.

The steps

  • We ask what happened and what you can see

  • We find the source and stop further damage

  • Extract the water, then keep drying and taking moisture readings until the materials are back to normal

  • Repair and rebuild what was damaged

A worker sweeping debris into a bag in a room with the lower wall removed

Three things to do right away.

Before we arrive

If it is safe to, shut off the water at the source. Before anything is moved, take photos and video of the damage for your insurance. Then move what you can out of the wet area, and keep receipts for anything you spend on cleanup.

Documented, so your adjuster can see it.

Insurance

If you are making an insurance claim, we can document the damage with photos and give you an itemized estimate to share with your adjuster. The claim itself stays between you and your insurer.
